Ava's Tropical Dreams- Bay Hopping!

 🌴Bay Hopping!🌴

Sometimes when I write my blog posts I have no idea how to start it- this is one of these times...

Ok, I will just continue from where I left off on my last blog (Island Tour).

After being in Dragons Bay (where we saw the incredible sunset), we moved around to Grand Anse. Grand Anse is #32 most beautiful beach in the world! We enjoyed playing and swimming there as the beach is really clean and the water is crystal clear. While in Grand Anse, we went to a craft and spice market on the beach. On Saturday, we also went to the St George markets, which was really cool.

Next door to Grand Anse is Morne Rouge, which we anchored in after Grand Anse. While staying in Morne Rouge, we had some of our friends over for dinner and played many games of Uno!

After exploring the bays in the south west of Grenada, we moved back to Woburn to see our friends. We had 3 lovely days of playing at Le Phare Bleu with all the kids. While staying there we went on a school trip to the Belmont Estate, which is a chocolate factory, with the rest of the kids. To get there, there was 9 of us in a 5 seater car, which was hilarious!  We saw and learnt how chocolate was made. There was also animals there, one of them being baby tortoises, which we held! After the tour we had a massive buffet lunch at a restaurant there. The day after we went to Belmont Estate, we went to Tower Estate. There we learnt about many flowers and plants and afterwards had afternoon tea with lots of friends. I found it kind of weird as it was just like afternoon tea in England just the weather was much hotter! We even had blue tea! Blue tea is tea that is made from blue flowers grown on the estate! My mum thought it tasted like lemon, however it reminded me of lemon and honey.

After Woburn, we moved to a bay, which we had never been to! It is called Hartman bay. While being in Hartman bay, we were surprised at how windy it was. My sister and I built a den on the deck, despite how windy it was, and were trying to persude our parents to let us sleep in it! They said no 😭😂.

What next...

On Friday, today, we are moving back round to Morne Rouge to see some other friends. We will be staying there for a few days and then probably go back to Grand Anse as we love it there!

Thank you so much for this blog post! As ususal, the next blog post will be on Friday. I hope you are enjoying my blog posts. Speek soon, Ava 😁
